Terms of Service Use

By using the VORYTHIC service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "VORYTHIC"), the user agrees to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose, good practices, without violating the rights of third parties or disrupting the operation of the Service.

It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including publishing offensive, vulgar content, or content that infringes copyrights or other rights of third parties.

The Service may only be used by persons who are at least 16 years old.

The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and data.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension or deletion of the user's account.

Registration and User Account

To fully use the Service, you must register a user account. Registration is free and is done by logging in with a Google, Microsoft, or other available identity provider account.

The Service only stores personal data required for logging into your user account, such as your email address and display name.You cannot change the email address stored by VORYTHIC. However, you can change your display name in your account settings. The username is assigned once and cannot be changed after it is set.

You may delete your account at any time via the user panel or by contacting us at (support@vorythic.com).After deleting your account, your data will be irreversibly deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

The Service reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Service's Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content and Copyrights

Content posted by users (text, images, comments, quizzes, etc.) remains the property of its authors, unless otherwise provided by law.By submitting or publishing content on the Service, you grant VORYTHIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and share it for the operation of the Service (including moderation, presentation, and promotion of the Service).

The user declares that they have the necessary copyrights and licenses for the submitted materials and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.

If you wish to report a copyright infringement, please send a message to: support@vorythic.com. The report should include a link to the material on the Service and indicate the original source or rights holder; after verification, we will take appropriate action (e.g., removal of the content).

Advertising and Affiliate Programs

The Service may display Google AdSense ads and affiliate links. Advertising partners act as independent data controllers.

The Service is not responsible for the content published by advertising partners, their activities, and privacy policies.

The rules and operation of ads are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of the Service.

Points, Boxes, and Gifts

Points in the VORYTHIC service can only be earned through activity on the site (e.g., creating quizzes, solving quizzes, commenting, reviewing, and other actions) and are solely a gamification element and a form of appreciation for user activity on the service.Points cannot be bought or sold outside the service.

The service does not allow and will never allow the purchase of points for real money or the acquisition of points in exchange for any goods or services outside of activity on the service. Points can only be earned through actions performed within the VORYTHIC service.

The Service may offer boxes, gifts, bags, eggs, or other graphically presented reward packages (hereinafter referred to as "packages").

Accumulated points can be exchanged for packages on the VORYTHIC service. Packages contain random rewards — e.g., a specific or random number of points, a random game key, or another digital item.

Packages available on the service have specified contents that the User may receive. The rules and availability of packages and rewards may change over time.

Points, packages, and all rewards are virtual and can only be used within the VORYTHIC service and according to their intended purpose.Points, packages, game keys, or other forms of rewards are provided as virtual rewards, and therefore the service does not guarantee their market value, availability, or the possibility of exchanging them for cash. Points, packages, and rewards cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the service.

The Service reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue the points and packages awarding system at any time.

Some features in the Service may require payment in points accumulated by the user.

Competitions and Periodic Activities

The rules for participating in competitions, promotions, rankings, and other periodic or additional activities will be published on the page where the specific action is available. Detailed terms and regulations will be available before joining the activity.

Liability

The Service is not responsible for content published by users. The user is fully responsible for the materials submitted and any violations of third-party rights.Upon receiving a copyright infringement notice (at support@vorythic.com), the Service makes every effort to promptly verify the report and take appropriate action, such as removing the disputed content or contacting the author.

The Service is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation. The Service reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.

The Service makes efforts to create backups, but does not guarantee data recovery in the event of a technical failure.

The Service reserves the right to change these Terms. Users will be informed of changes on the Service's website.Continuing to use the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.
