Consent and consent tools (EU / USA)
EU users provide their consent for advertising cookies via a consent banner, which determines whether advertising scripts are loaded. For Google AdSense, we can rely on consent management tools offered by Google. Users in the US may have different settings depending on local laws and the configuration of advertising providers.
If a user declines consent for advertising cookies, our partners may still serve non-personalized ads, which are shown based on the context of the page or a general pool of ads. In some cases, the service may block ad scripts from certain partners until consent is given. When this happens, we will display contextual or general ads (non-personalized) that do not require user consent
Cookie Retention Period
